$3,560,000 Settlement — Leg Injuries From Trucking Crash

On the highways there is no greater over-the-road danger than a tractor-trailer.  Carrying as much as 80,000 pounds at high speed, these trucks are capable of terrible destruction if the trucker is distracted, fatigued or just plain negligent.  In this case, our client’s vehicle was hit by a distracted trucker.  He suffered serious injuries to his leg and shoulder, and was unable to remain working in his job as a foreman.
