Confidential Settlement – Defective IUD device starstarstarstarstar

Our client used a copper 7 IUD as a contraceptive.  When she ceased using it and attempted to become pregnant, she was unable to do so.  John Leighton brought suit against the manufacturer claiming that the Copper 7 IUD caused pelvic inflammatory disease which resulted in scarring of the fallopian tubes, making her infertile.  A confidential settlement was obtained for the client.
