$1,125,000 settlement – mild traumatic brain injury

Leighton Law’s John Elliott Leighton recovered a $1,125,000 settlement for a college student who sustained a mild traumatic brain injury.  He was struck in the face but did not require hospitalization.  Over the following weeks he developed symptoms of mild traumatic brain injury/post-concussive syndrome.  He was forced to temporarily suspend his studies and was unable to work.  A confidential settlement was negotiated which provided him with the resources to obtain the best medical care to rehabilitate.
