John Elliott Leighton‘s lecture to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s Mega Seminar in in Las Vegas in February 1997 on “Terror in the Skies: Security Aboard Airplanes and in Airports.”

Mr. Leighton wrote and delivered this speech over four years before the tragedy on September 11, 2001.  The contents of this lecture deal with subjects that have become all too important in the country since that event.
