John Elliott Leighton Re-Elected for Fourth Term as Chairman of the Academy of Trial Advocacy [July 26, 2010]

John Elliott Leighton, managing partner of Leighton Panoff Law, P.A. was re-elected for a fourth term as Chairman of The Academy of Trial Advocacy, an invitation-only association of the nation’s leading catastrophic injury trial lawyers. The Academy is dedicated to assisting members in providing the best legal counsel to their clients while always meeting the highest standards within the legal profession, and serving the interests of individuals and families harmed by the misconduct of others.

The re-election was announced by the Academy in Vancouver, Canada, during a three-day meeting this month,  The conference included a keynote address by Professor Jay Feinman from Rutgers University, who spoke on Insurance Carrier Misconduct and his new book, Delay, Deny & Defend.
