$300,000 recovery for resort fall

Leighton Law recovered $300,000 for a woman who slipped and fell at the pool deck where she was staying.  While walking by the pool, she slipped on a wet area and suffered a fractured kneecap resulting in surgery.  John Leighton and Max Panoff were able to prove that the resort was aware of prior falls on the deck and the knowledge that it was a hazardous area in need of better surfacing.
