Confidential Settlement – Wrongful Death of Man in Car Struck By Truck Tire

An elderly driver of a car was killed when a truck tire came off a large truck at high speed, smashing through the windshield and killing him. His wife was also in the car.  The truck was identified, as was the company who mounted the tire on this commercial truck, and John Leighton obtained a confidential settlement to help compensate this widow for the loss of her dear husband.
