Leighton Presents “Resort Torts” CLE Seminar [May 2009]

Leighton Panoff Law’s John Elliott Leighton spoke to nearly 100 attorneys and business leaders at Miami’s Intercontinental Hotel on Resort Torts. The seminar, hosted by the Daily Business Review, featured Mr. Leighton, Gregory Prusak, a partner in Kubicki Draper, and Professor Sam Terilli of the University of Miami, who moderated.
Three hours of continuing legal education credit were approved by the Florida Bar. The program included lectures by Mr. Leighton and Mr. Prusak as well as a question and answer session.
