Confidential settlement – elementary school child molested in school

When children are sexually assaulted we are all victimized. But is is incredible when this takes place in the supposedly safe confines of a school.

John Elliott Leighton was retained by the parents of a third grade girl who was molested as she walked to the restroom of her school.  The man came up behind her, so she never saw his face and could not identify him.  He was never apprehended.  Mr. Leighton obtained a confidential settlement for the child from the school.

John Leighton will continue to bring cases on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault, and children who have been sexually assaulted at schools.
