$295,000 Settlement – Wind blows unsecured resort umbrella into guest (Orlando)

We recovered $295,000 for a resort guest who suffered injuries around his eye.  The guest had been staying at a resort when a gust of wind blew the market-style umbrella out of its table and sent it flying toward our client.  He suffered injuries around his eye due to the failure to properly secure the umbrella.
