Confidential settlement – Shooting death of model

A woman working as a lingerie model at a photographic studio was shot and killed as part of what was believed to be a robbery.  John Elliott Leighton was retained by the family to bring an action against the building where the woman was shot and the management company.  Mr. Leighton obtained a confidential settlement for the wrongful death of this young woman.  Estate of F v. D Corp.
