$400,000 Settlement – woman attacked in office building (Central Florida)

A 33 year-old woman was working in an office building when she was attacked by a homeless man at night.  The woman sustained psychological injuries. John Elliott Leighton was retained to represent the Orlando woman.  A confidential $400,000 settlement was obtained on her behalf prior to trial against the management company and others who were responsible for security and access.
