$2,100,000 Settlement for Head Trauma

John Elliott Leightonon behalf of a teenager who suffered closed head trauma from a boating accident at a resort hotel in Broward County, Florida. The young woman suffered a facial laceration and a closed head injury, but she did not require hospitalization after being treated in the emergency room. MRIs and CT scans did not reveal any organic brain lesions, but she continued to experience disorientation and difficulty concentrating.
