Confidential settlement – pulmonary embolism caused by malpractice

A hospitalized patient was a high risk for pulmonary emboli.  He did not receive appropriate treatment to prevent the emboli, which took his life.  A confidential settlement was obtained by John Leighton for the patient’s family.
